Lady GaGa has thanked Girls Aloud for lending her tights at the 2009 Brit Awards ceremony.

The 'Judas' singer revealed that she forgot to take tights to the music awards show and turned to Girls Aloud for help.

While band member Nicola Roberts was interviewing GaGa for MTV, the 'Born This Way' performer remarked: "[The] last time we met was at the Brits."

GaGa went on to explain that the issue occurred just before her performance "with the Pet Shop Boys".

"[I] was knocking on Girls Aloud's door [and was relieved that] you gave them to me," she said. "So, thank you for my hose."

Lady GaGa's second studio album Born This Way is out now.
