Gary Barlow, Robbie Williams, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald will apparently set off straight after finishing the 'Progress Live' tour at Wembley on July 9.
Take That will also play scheduled dates in Italy, Denmark, Holland and Germany while taking the trip around Europe.
"It will be the first time the lads have all gone away together properly in 15 years," a source told The Mirror. "They are really excited. They want to get a chance to have a look around places that they never actually got to soak up properly first time round.
"When they were touring in the early 1990s they were just in and out of all these beautiful countries.
"But this time they are scheduling time to relax, lap up the cultures and food and visit undiscovered places."
The 'Love Love' group will kick off the record-breaking tour in Sunderland tomorrow night.
"Hundreds of fans have already started camping outside the Stadium of Light to bag the best spots closest to the stage," the source said. "It's like Beatle-mania all over again."
