'Change Your Wicked Ways' appeared online earlier today, labeled as a demo from a recording session for her unreleased solo album before she joined the Sugababes.
The track was produced by Stock, Aitken and Waterman, best known for working with Kylie Minogue and Steps, after Range signed a deal with their 'PWL/Luv This' label when she was 14 years old.
It was previously reported that the singer also auditioned for Eurodance pop group Scooch under the same label, before joining Atomic Kitten in 1997.
She quit the band in 1999 and joined the Sugababes in 2001, replacing founding member Siobhan Donaghy.
The Sugababes - now in their fourth lineup - are due to release their eighth studio album this year after unveiling their new track 'Freedom' at Morocco's Mawazine Festival.
