The ex-Beatle and John Lennon's widow will attend a special performance of Love on June 8 at Las Vegas's Mirage Hotel.
The late George Harrison's wife Olivia and former Beatles producer George Martin will also be present, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Martin and his son Giles have served as musical directors for the production - which pairs Beatles music with the Cirque du Soleil troupe - since Love debuted in 2006.
The project was the brainchild of guitarist Harrison, but he died from cancer nearly five years before it reached the stage.
McCartney recently claimed that Keith Richards had once told him The Rolling Stones had always been envious of The Beatles.
