The 'Uprising' band previously announced that they will be playing their 2001 album Origin of Symmetry in its entirety for the last time during their headline slot at the festivals this August.
Muse bassist Chris Wolstenholme revealed that they are going to have to brush up on the tracks, having not performed them for a decade.
"We haven't played 'Screenager' for ten years, and I don't think we've ever played 'Darkshines'," he told the Daily Star.
Muse recently teased that they will return with a "softer" new sound in 2012.
