The Irish twins topped the chart last week, after an energetic performance saw them rank eighth in the Eurovision Song Contest. 'Lipstick' holds off competition from UK chart-topper Pitbull, whose track 'Give Me Everything' continues its ascent up the chart.
'Give Me Everything', which features Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Nayer, jumps to number two, pushing LMFAO's 'Party Rock Anthem' and Jennifer Lopez's 'On The Floor' into third and fourth place respectively.
Snoop Dogg and David Guetta's 'Sweat' is also rising up the chart, climbing four to number six, and Aloe Blacc's 'I Need A Dollar' rises six to number nine.
Adele and the Black Eyed Peas hold positions 15 and 16 with 'Set Fire To The Rain' and 'Don't Stop The Party'.
Beyoncé has this week's highest new entry with single 'Run The World (Girls)' debuting at number 18, just ahead of The Saturdays who return to the chart with new track 'Notorious'.
