The 'Teach Me How to Dougie' hip-hop star was shot to death on May 15, while standing near his car outside an LA liquor store.
Thousands of M-Bone's friends, family and fans gathered at the Faithful Central Bible Church in Inglewood on Friday in order to pay their final respects, MTV News reports.
Fellow Cali Swag District member Yung spoke openly during the ceremony about the immense talent of his fallen colleague.
"I never knew anybody's body can move that way before I met M-Bone," Yung professed. "Since the sixth grade, me and him been dancing together, but I never got to tell him this: He taught me a lot."
The amassed crowd attended the musician's burial at a nearby cemetery after the memorial service concluded.
No suspects have yet been identified or arrested in connection with M-Bone's killing.
