The track, titled 'Freedom', was debuted by the trio during their set at a Moroccan festival last month.
'Freedom' will be the first single released from their upcoming eighth studio album, which is expected to be available later this year.
The snippet used in the Nokia advert includes the lyrics, "So raise your hands, pump your fists in the air/ For free-ee-ee-ee dom-dom-dom", over a heavy dubstep beat.
It is not yet known whether the clip contains the final version of the track or a remixed edit.
Sugababes band member Amelle Berrabah previously said that they are taking their time with the new record and won't release it until they are "100% happy with it", although Heidi Range has since hinted that they are aiming to have it ready for the summer.
