The 'Broken Strings' star will headline a night during the month-long string of concerts to be held at Camden's Roundhouse.
Morrison has promised fans that they will hear new material from him during the show, which will take place on July 30.
"I feel like I've been locked away in a dungeon for a year but now I am being let out with new songs and a new lease of life and I am back and ready to play them all for the first time," he told Metro.
Adele, Foo Fighters, The Wanted, Friendly Fires and Katy B are also confirmed to headline gigs as part of this year's iTunes Festival.
