The 'Knights Of Cydonia' musician recently stated that he was "nervous" about writing new material for Muse's new album without Matt Bellamy, who is expected to take time away from the band following his engagement to Kate Hudson and ahead of the birth of their first child.
Wolstenholme has now denied the reports, posting on Twitter: "So to clear things up amongst any readers of The Sun out there, it's all a load of b**locks."
Muse are expected to start work on the follow-up to their number one album later this year, teasing fans that they will return with a "softer" sound.
