The 84-year-old singer will release his new album on September 20. It will feature a collection of duets with a range of artists including Mariah Carey, Amy Winehouse and Michael Bublé.
Duets II will act as the follow-up to Bennett's 2006 record Duets: An American Classic, which featured vocals from Sir Paul McCartney, George Michael and Celine Dion.
It will be GaGa's first vocal collaboration since her successful duet with Beyoncé last year when they topped charts with their track 'Telephone'.
Dolly Parton, Katherine Jenkins and Cliff Richard have previously expressed a desire to duet with GaGa.
