Kanye West unveils 'Monster' video

'Monster' was the third single from West's fifth studio album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy back in October 2010. However, the rapper has refused to release the accompanying music video until it was finished.
Guest vocalists Jay-Z, Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj all appear in the video, although Justin Vernon from Bon Iver does not.
A promotional trailer for the video was released in December last year, and it has been noted for its controversial imagery, which includes hanging female models and severed body parts.
The music video opens with a disclaimer stating that it does not intend to be misogynistic or negative towards anyone, and that it is a piece of art.
Minaj recently said that she sees Kanye West as one of her mentors, after getting to work with the rapper on her debut album Pink Friday.
