The track, titled 'Party', is taken from her upcoming fourth studio album 4 and features OutKast member André 3000.
Produced by Kanye West and Consequence, the song is a mixture of slow hip-hop beats and early '90s urban synths. The hook takes the form of Beyoncé chanting "We like party-ey-ey-ey..."
Beyoncé's new album 4 will be released on June 27 in the UK and June 28 in the US.
The 29-year-old performer recently announced that there will also be a deluxe edition of the album, which will contain six extra tracks.
Beyoncé will headline this year's Glastonbury festival on June 26.
