The 61-year-old Australian singer, who is best known for his hit single 'You're The Voice', is believed to be planning a national comeback tour in November this year.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the tour is being organised to commemorate the 25th anniversary of his 1986 album Whispering Jack, which broke records as the highest-selling Australian album of all time when it was released.
In 2002, Farnham revealed his decision to quit the music industry and soon went on his The Last Time tour. However, he became "tired of being retired" after about seven years and announced his Live By Demand tour.
Last year, Farnham returned to the Aussie music chart for the first time in five years with the release of Jack, a collection of cover songs and new tracks. He marked this album with another nationwide tour.
Australian band Cold Chisel also announced their comeback earlier this year, but their drummer Steve Prestwich sadly died from a brain tumour soon afterwards. They have since taken on another member.
