In an interview with Rolling Stone, the Hangover Part II star recalled being contacted by Ke$ha via e-mail and later meeting her in person, an experience which he did not enjoy.
"I saw that Ke$ha woman the other day," he explained. "She was sitting by herself, and I walked up to her and said, 'Listen, I got your e-mail. Your music is really bad! I don't know who listens to it, but I imagine it's, like, 6-year-olds - and it's a bad message'."
Galifianakis recently confessed that he hates the Hollywood lifestyle and takes extreme measures to guard his privacy.
He previously revealed an awkward run-in he had with Mad Men actress January Jones, admitting that the pair were "very rude to each other".
The Hangover Part II broke US box office records by becoming the first R-rated film to open to more than $100 million (£62m) recently.
