The 100% singer performed stripped-down versions of tracks from her upcoming album Soul UK at the relaunch of Vista at the Trafalgar.
Speaking from the stage, she expressed her support for the cancer charity and paid tribute to her father, who lost his battle against the disease last year.
Knight later added on Twitter: "Morning luvs! Great night yesterday! It was a pleasure singing for Cancer Research UK at the Vista bar, Trafalgar Hotel. Raised a fair amount too! (sic)"
Former Apprentice candidate Raef Bjayou hosted an auction at the event, which was also attended by The Only Way Is Essex castmembers.
TOWIE star Harry Derbidge placed a winning bid during the charity auction and later explained on Twitter: "I bidded and won on a £800 bid that went to cancer research tonight! It means a lot to me! X"
