The 'Switchblade Smiles' band will perform at Camden's Roundhouse in London on July 29.
Speaking about the show, the band said: "We are very excited to play the Roundhouse for the iTunes Festival. Our last London show was nearly a year ago and they are always very special for us. The Roundhouse is the perfect stage to play new songs to our fans."
Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys, Adele, Beady Eye and Friendly Fires are also confirmed to play iTunes Festival shows.
Kasabian recently announced that their fourth studio album is titled Velociraptor! and will be released on September 19.
