The 'Mr Brightside' band will play at the Scala on Wednesday, June 22 and Thursday, June 23 ahead of their headline appearance at Hard Rock Calling on June 24.
Tickets for the gigs, which mark The Killers' first live performances on UK soil in almost two years, go on general sale at midday today.
Reports have claimed that each member of the band could perform solo at Hard Rock Calling. Frontman Brandon Flowers has been booked to play a solo show at the Eden Sessions in Cornwall next month.
Other acts playing at the event, which takes place in London's Hyde Park between June 24 and 26, include Rod Stewart, Bon Jovi, Kaiser Chiefs, James, Stevie Nicks, The Kills and Adam Ant.
The Killers have begun work on their fourth studio album, the follow-up to 2008's Day and Age.
