The 'Poison' singer will play a string of dates across the country, starting in Sheffield on October 23 and finishing in Glasgow on October 31.
It will be one of the first opportunities for fans to see live performances of new material to be taken from his upcoming Welcome 2 My Nightmare album, which is due to be released in September.
Cooper will be holding auditions for bands on June 27, with the lucky winner to be given the chance to perform alongside him during the London date on October 29.
Tickets for the concerts will go on sale on June 17 at 9am.
The rocker recently revealed that he wants to make a rock-styled version of The X Factor, as well as praising modern popstars like Lady GaGa and Katy Perry for being "fun".
