The 'All Of The Lights' rapper will play a set at the music event, which is due to take place at the Aviation Museum Ground in Krakow, Poland between August 19 and 20.
The rapper will join previously-confirmed acts The Kooks and White Lies on the lineup, which has played host to a number of big artists over the past few years including Muse, My Chemical Romance and The Chemical Brothers.
West will be making his only UK festival appearance at this year's The Big Chill in Herefordshire, which will run between August 4 and 7.
West could also join Beyoncé on stage for a collaboration during her headline set at next weekend's Glastonbury, according to reports.
