The singer announced yesterday via Twitter that she would be premiering the highly-anticipated video on Thursday night's So You Think You Can Dance in the US.
The clip features GaGa dancing solo on the fire escape of an apartment block and in the street below. The only other person who appears in the video is saxophonist Clarence Clemons.
GaGa is also said to have directed the 'Edge of Glory' video, following a tweet from 'LoveGame' director Joseph Khan, who had originally been touted as the promo's creator.
"I did NOT direct Lady Gaga's 'Edge of Glory' video. Lady Gaga did," Khan declared. GaGa's creative director Laurieann Gibson later attributed the change to a "slight turn of events on set".
'Edge of Glory' is inspired by the death of GaGa's grandfather and features E Street Band musician Clemons, who experienced a stroke over the past weekend.
GaGa's infamous meat dress, which she wore to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, is to be put on display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame museum.
