The 'Rio' band were forced to cancel a string of dates last month after frontman Simon Le Bon had to undergo emergency treatment for an ongoing throat problem.
All 11 of the previously cancelled dates have been rescheduled and will remain in their original venues.
Duran Duran have also promised a brand new and spectacular production for the gigs, which will now take place in December.
Bassist John Taylor said in a statement: "Given the fact that we'd missed the dates in May, we wanted to do something really special for the fans pre-Christmas.
"It's taken us a minute to clear dates in all of these venues, as this is obviously an incredibly busy time of year, but finally we've been able to make it work and cannot wait to get there!"
Tickets for the original May and June shows will be valid for the new dates at the corresponding venue.
Remaining tickets for the shows are on sale now.
The rescheduled tour dates are as follows:
- November 30 - Brighton, Brighton Centre
- December 1 - Bournemouth, International Centre
- December 2 - Birmingham, LG Arena
- December 4 - Glasgow, SECC
- December 6 - Nottingham, Capital FM Arena
- December 8 - Cardiff, International Arena
- December 10 - Liverpool, Echo Arena
- December 12 - London, O2 Arena
- December 14 - Sheffield, Motorpoint Arena
- December 16 - Manchester, Manchester Evening News Arena
- December 17 - Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena
