The X Factor finalist also admitted that she was frustrated about the leak of her debut single 'Swagger Jagger' last week, as the song that appeared online wasn't the final product.
Lloyd explained to Scott Mills on Radio 1: "I just felt like I'd worked really hard on it and I wasn't upset that it leaked, more the fact that it was the wrong version. People were judging it when it wasn't the real one."
When asked why she keeps responding to her "haterz" on Twitter and in her new song, and whether she could ever get past that, the 17-year-old responded: "It's my insecurity - as I start feeling like I'm making progress in what I'm doing and I'm getting more happy in the way things are going for me then yeah [I'll get past it]."
Talking about the progress of her debut album, Lloyd stated that she has "one more track to lay [her] vocals on".
RedOne, The Runners, Kevin Rudolf, Naughty Boy and Busta Rhymes were also confirmed as some of the album's contributors and producers.
Lloyd also revealed that she hasn't seen her mentor Cheryl Cole since the X Factor final back in December.
"I haven't seen her since the show. I think she's busy with her own stuff to be honest. I still talk to my main man Si [Cowell] though," she said.
Cher Lloyd's debut single 'Swagger Jagger' will be released on July 31, with the teen stating that she "cannot wait" to perform the track live.
