Winehouse was booed at the concert over the weekend after slurring the words to her songs and appearing lost and incoherent while on stage in Belgrade.
The 27-year-old singer has subsequently cancelled all of her remaining European tour dates following the incident, with her team adamant to help the star return to health.
However, Ana Zoe Kida - whose group Zemlja Gruva shared the bill with Winehouse in Belgrade - told The Sun: "Four British bodyguards simply pushed her to step up on stage.
"She did not want to and was making a scene trying to escape them. It was distressing to see, she obviously needed help."
A spokesperson for Winehouse yesterday confirmed that they will be helping the performer and she will be given "as long as it take" to recover, while strongly denying that the 'Valerie' star was pushed on stage.
