The band, who are gearing up for the one-night-only showing of their documentary film at the Edinburgh Film Festival, admitted that while they are "numb" to the movie's embarrassing moments, many scenes still prove painful to watch.
"There's definitely parts that are hard to watch, but we've become numb to it and now we get to enjoy everyone else covering up their eyes," Jared Followill told Digital Spy.
"Any arguing scenes are embarrassing and hard to watch. There's one between me and [Matthew] that is very embarrassing. That was a horrible time in our lives. We were just 16 and 18 and high in Times Square."
The group recently revealed that the film, which will be shown on June 25, shows "full penetration".
