The 'Dammit' band are currently finishing up work on their sixth studio album, which will serve as the follow-up to their 2003 disc Blink-182.
The group recently explained that they have been given a July 31 deadline to complete work on the record and deliver it to the label for a summer release.
In a message on Facebook, band member Mark Hoppus assured fans that the group were on target to complete the album and that some of the final songs they wrote for the record were the best.
"I'm very excited. We're getting to the point of the album where we talk about mixers and finishing up the songs," Hoppus stated.
"We deliver the album to the label on July 31, so it will be coming out during the tour. The most recent batch of songs are some of the best of the entire record. Very happy it's all coming together."
The pop-punk trio recently insisted that they would play some of their new material during their upcoming US summer tour with My Chemical Romance.
