'Dirty Dancer', the sixth single to be taken from the 36-year-old's Euphoria album, includes vocals from hip-hop stars Usher and Lil Wayne.
The Ethan Lader-directed video is set in a space-age strip joint with Usher and Lil Wayne appearing as holograms to deliver their vocal contributions.
The song was co-written by Iglesias along with Evan Bogart, Nuri, Quinones and RedOne.
Iglesias recently insisted that Latin music is here to stay and that it always confused him why music critics wrote off the genre as a fad in the late '90s.
