Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Nicki Minaj for BET Awards

Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars and Nicki Minaj have been added to the lineup for the BET Awards.

Queen Latifah and Gladys Knight have also been confirmed to appear at this weekend's ceremony, which takes place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Chris Brown leads the nominations at the BET Awards with recognition in six categories, while other nominees include Drake, Lil Wayne, Rihanna, Kanye West, Willow Smith and The Voice mentor Cee Lo Green.

Patti LaBelle will be honoured with the 'BET Lifetime Achievement Award' in recognition of her five-decade career, while Steve Harvey will receive the 'Humanitarian Award' in honour of his philanthropic work.

Performances at the ceremony will come from Brown, Lil Wayne, Drake, Alicia Keys, Jill Scott, and former Destiny's Child bandmates Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland.

Kevin Hart will host the event, which airs live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 26 at 8/7c.
