The 'When a Man Loves a Woman' singer, who recently released his latest LP Gems: The Duets Collection, revealed that while he has had the privilege of working with many of his favourite artists, he has yet to cross Dion off his list.
"Well, you wouldn't have to twist my arm to get me to sing with Celine. Celine was my opening act for three months in '92 or '93. She was just breaking out with 'Power of Love' and I had such a good feeling about where she was going," Bolton told Parade.
"After that, it was just hit after hit after hit for her. And, you know, we've done events together, we've done fundraisers together - but we've never actually sung together. That's something I'd like to make happen in the future. Put that out into the universe for me."
Gems: The Duets Collection includes collaborations with Seal, Rascal Flatts, Chris Botti and Slumdog Millionaire composer A.R. Rahman.
Bolton appeared on Dancing with the Stars last month to perform 'I'm Not There' from the album with Delta Goodrem.
The musician recently confessed that he is still looking for love and is hopeful that he will meet the "right woman" soon.
