The rapper remains number one with 'Give Me Everything', while Perry jumps ten places to number two with 'Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F)', the latest release from the Teenage Dream album.
Perry's jump knocks Aloe Blacck, LMFAO and Jedward down one on their respective positions from last week, as they round off the top five. Lady GaGa sits at number six, enjoying a 16-spot rise with 'The Edge of Glory', following the premiere of the track's video earlier this week.
Ed Sheeran jumps into the top 20, with 'The A Team' placing at number 15. Also climbing is Nicki Minaj's 'Super Bass' at 19 and LMFAO and Natalia Kills's 'Champagne Showers' at 20.
The highest new entry accolade this week goes to Bad Mars Evil with the Bruno Mars-featuring track 'Lighters'. The only other new song in the top 40 is Chris Brown and Justin Bieber's 'Next To You'.
Other notable climbs come from Take That's 'Love Love', which jumps 18 to number 27 and The Saturdays, who rise seven with 'Notorious'.
