Brother have changed their name to Viva Brother.
The 'Darling Buds of May' band claimed to have lost their legal battle with an Australian Celtic band after being served with a writ during one of their US shows, NME reports.
Frontman Lee Newell said: "There's this f**king Celtic band called Brother too. We knew about it but honestly we thought nothing about it because they were so small."
Bassist Josh Ward added: "This guy travelled across America to come to our San Francisco show, fought his way to the front and chucked a 30-page document on my feet while we were playing.
"I said, 'What the f**k's that?' and he went, 'You've been served'. It was a writ. They had the power to take our songs off the internet and make our band no more. So we had no choice but to change the name."
The group reportedly boasted a white flag with the new name Viva Brother on it at their Glastonbury performance
