The Jackson sibling will perform 'Scream' with her late brother, which reached number five in the US and number two in the UK when it was released in 1995.
The 45-year-old singer will include the duet in her three London dates later this week, when she is due to play the Royal Albert Hall on June 30, July 2 and July 3.
Speaking about the virtual collaboration, Janet explained: "It's therapeutic and it makes me smile inside. The energy of the song is so fierce."
Jackson will perform a collection of her greatest hits at the shows including her number one smash 'All For You'.
Tickets for the concerts are on sale now.
