The Beady Eye singer and former Oasis star described the 'Knights of Cydonia' band as "creepy s**t".
Gallagher complained to GQ: "Muse f**king scares me. They're like f**king creepy s**t. But people like 'em. They at least play guitars, but when I hear his voice I'm like, 'Ah, f**k him'."
Meanwhile, he also spoke candidly about spotting Grease star Jeff Conaway, who died last month, at a Marilyn Manson gig.
"I went out... to this Marilyn Manson gig, and that guy from Grease with the walking stick - what's his f**king name? He died a couple weeks ago? He was there and asked me if I wanted a line. I'm like 'What the f**k? You're meant to be in f**king rehab'," Gallagher added.
Unlike Muse, the Stone Roses and Lady GaGa have recently been praised by Gallagher.
