The 'Price Tag' singer had the operation on her foot after falling off-stage during rehearsals for the Capital FM Summertime Ball earlier this month. Earlier today, she revealed that she was "super scared" about the surgery.
Doctors have advised her not to perform for a number of weeks so that she can fully recover. This means that she has had to pull out of T In The Park, Oxegen and Lovebox festivals.
She will also miss gigs at Orange Rock Corps, T4 On The Beach, iTunes Festival, Radio Aire Party In The Park, Key 103 Summertime Live, Summer Sonic Japan and Digester Event Stockholm.
However, it is hoped that she will have recovered in time for the Big Chill and V Festival.
Jessie J sent out an apologetic message to her fans, saying: "Sorry doesn't feel enough to say. I am devastated for my fans that I know have been waiting to see me and working hard for tickets.
"I was so excited about the summer and I'm as upset as you all are. But unfortunately these things happen. I have to remain positive and I promise I will make it up later in the year."
T in the Park's director Geoff Ellis responded: "I am gutted. She was someone I was really looking forward to seeing and I'm sure a lot of T in the Parkers were too. We wish her a speedy recovery and hope to welcome her next year."
Jessie J recently revealed that she hopes to record an acoustic album in the future.
