The song, titled 'Spinnin' For 2012', is a reworked version of a Speech Debelle original, with both Stryder and Bromfield rewriting the track's lyrics.
'Spinnin' For 2012' will act as the official soundtrack for the 8,000-mile journey over 70 days, which aims to take the Olympic torch within one hour of 95% of the UK's population. It will also be featured in the London 2012 Torchbearer nomination film.
Joking about being unsuccessful in obtaining Olympic 2012 tickets, Stryder told The Sun: "I didn't get any tickets in the end, like loads of other people. I tried but had no luck. I'm hoping that this song will get us a few, though."
He added: "I must be in with a chance, surely. I'm desperate to see some of the events.
It will be massive. I'd love to watch the men's 100m final."
Stryder recently revealed that he is considering releasing an album with N-Dubz star Dappy, while Bromfield will release her new album Good For The Soul on July 4.
