Tinie Tempah told crowds at Hyde Park's Wireless music festival in London this evening that he was glad to be home.
The 22-year-old rapper came out backed by an electric guitar solo, pounding drums and crashing cymbals. As he stood in front of the 65,000-strong audience he simply shouted: "Wireless," gaining a rapturous response from the crowd.
Following a quick rendition of his album track 'Simply Unstoppable' and a crowd-chanting performance of 'Wonderman', the Brit Award-winning rapper told the festival: "Oh my goodness. It feels so good to be home, London."
After prompting the crowd to sing along to his hit 'Invincible', Tempah explained: "When they told me I was doing the main stage at Wireless 2011 I got a bit nervous, but you guys are frickin' amazing."
He then went on to sing a brand new track titled 'Love Suicide', which appears on the US version of his debut album Disc-Overy, but also revealed that it would appear on a new cut of the album in the near future.
Tempah then rolled off a medley of hits including Taio Cruz's 'Dynamite', Duck Sauce's 'Barbra Streisand' - changed to 'Tinie Tempah' - and LMFAO's 'Party Rock Anthem'.
The set concluded with encore performances of 'Written In The Stars' and 'Pass Out', while the star tried to get areas of the crowd to start moshing.
