Jessie J has announced that Devlin will be joining her for her headline UK tour later this year.

The 'Nobody's Perfect' star will start her UK 'Heartbeat' tour at Birmingham's Academy on October 17 and conclude the string of shows at Brighton Centre on November 3.

Jessie J broke the news on Twitter, writing: "This tour I wanted to have someone tour with me who I respect, who is super talented, I love listening to and who is an amazing performer.... @DevlinOfficial welcome to the #heartbeattour #essexking :)"

Devlin released his debut album Bud, Sweat and Beers last October and has since reached number 21 on the UK album chart, as well as achieving silver sales certification status.

Jessie J will follow her UK tour by supporting Katy Perry for the US leg of her 'California Dreams' concerts in November.

The singer-songwriter recently suffered a broken foot after an accident while rehearsing for Capital FM's Summertime Ball.

Doctors have since forced her to cancel a number of festival appearances, including sets at Lovebox, T In The Park and an iTunes festival gig, in order to let the foot heal properly.

Jessie J's next live festival appearance is due to be Herefordshire's The Big Chill on August 6.
