The 'Best Thing I Never Had' singer once again held back former champions 21 by Adele and Lady GaGa's Born This Way to claim pole position.
Adele's debut LP 19 and Take That's Progress round out the top five, while Bruno Mars climbs two to six with another former chart-topper, Doo Wops & Hooligans.
Also racing forward are Rihanna's fifth studio LP Loud, up three entries to eight, and Cee Lo Green's The Lady Killer, which is at nine from last Sunday's 13. The two mega-selling albums have spent a combined total of 69 weeks on the chart.
The Top 10 is concluded this week by Glastonbury favourite Jessie J and Who You Are, down four from its previous finish at six, while the Foo Fighters escape from the back end of the top 20 after leaping seven places to 12 with Wasting Light.
The week's highest new entry belongs to legendary singer Beverley Knight and Soul UK at 13, as Disney Channel favourite Selena Gomez makes a respectable debut just behind with her band The Scene. Their third studio album When The Sun Goes Down is today's 15.
Finally, Chris Brown scales six to 16 with F.A.M.E. and Lady GaGa zooms from 23 to 18 with her debut album The Fame, which is now in its 130th week on the chart. Sandwiched between them is a mighty faller in the shape of Biffy Clyro's Revolutions/Live At Wembley, which is down eight places after arriving at nine on the previous rankings.
