The 12-year-old, who finished second on this year's Britain's Got Talent, said that he was "excited" to start making the record, which is due out later this year.
Parke told Digital Spy: "It's amazing! It really, really is. I'm so excited about making the album - it should be really good.
"Expect a few surprises, and hopefully some really good songs that everyone can enjoy."
On his favourite acts in the charts, he said: "Beyoncé and Lady GaGa inspire me - they have always been my favourite singers."
Parke, who performed at T4 On The Beach yesterday, was recently reported to have signed a joint record deal with Sony and Syco.
