The track, titled 'Up All Night', will be the lead song from their upcoming sixth studio album, which is expected to be released towards the end of summer.
The single will debut on the band's official website on Friday at 3.30pm UK time.
The 'Dammit' trio recently revealed that they have decided on the title of their new record, which they have until July 31 to complete and hand in to the record label.
Band member Mark Hoppus admitted that he is "excited" about their new material, describing some of the songs as the best they have ever done.
Blink-182 will embark on a 40 date co-headline tour of the US with My Chemical Romance this summer, where they are expected to preview some of their new songs live for the first time.
