De La Soul added to Lovebox festival lineup

De La Soul have been added to the Lovebox festival lineup in what will be a UK exclusive performance.
The hip-hop veterans will play the main stage on Saturday, July 16 and perform tracks from their classic 3 Feet High and Rising album, among others.
An update on the official Lovebox Facebook page read: "Main Stage Saturday Announcement: Flying in especially from New York City, we're delighted to announce De La Soul will be appearing as a UK Festival Exclusive.
"Featuring tracks from the legendary masterpiece 3 Feet High and Rising they are simply one of our favourite artists ever."
De La Soul's last studio album was 2004's The Grind Date. They most recently featured on the Gorillaz track 'Superfast Jellyfish'.
The Wombats, Snoop Dogg and Scissor Sisters are the main headliners for Lovebox, which takes place between July 15 and 17 at Victoria Park, London.
