The Weezer Cruise is to travel from Miami to the small Mexican island of Cozumel in January and will feature performances from Dinosaur Jr, Sebadoh and Weezer throughout the duration of the trip.
Yuck, Wavves, Free Energy and The Antlers have also been lined up to perform on four stages to be located around the ship's main deck.
Fans will be able to take photographs and participate in Q&A sessions with the members of Weezer, who have notched up eight US top 20 albums since forming in 1992.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale on July 21, while general admission reservations will be available for purchase from August 3rd.
The Weezer Cruise will set sail from Miami on January 19 and return on January 23.
The group recently joined The Fray and Hayley Williams to record tracks for a compilation album in tribute to Jim Henson's Muppets.
