The 39-year-old singer is currently touring Europe with his 'Musica + Alma + Sexo' show, after performing a string of dates in the US and Mexico earlier this year.
Coming out on stage to kick off with a rendition of 'Sera Sera (It's Too Late Now)', the latin music star declared: "Hello London. It's been a long time."
Martin - urging the crowd to get up on their feet - burst into a performance of hits 'Livin' La Vida Loca', 'She Bangs' and 'Shake Your Bon Bon'. He was joined by three male and three female dancers for tightly-choreographed routines.
The songs were accompanied by cabaret-style chair-straddling and a bouncy brass section who wiggled their hips in time with Martin on stage.
The star then stood centre stage to perform a soft-rock rendition of his 1999 hit 'Private Emotion', which was included especially for the European leg of the tour.
During a performance of 'I Am', Martin hand-cuffed his on-stage team together, while one female dancer straddled him and he kissed a male dancer.
Martin, channeling his Puerto Rican roots for a Latin-infused take on 'La Bomba', announced: "Let's bring Latin America to London right here tonight.
"Ladies and gentlemen, if you're planning your next vacation, I invite you to Puerto Rico."
The singer concluded the set with his World Cup '98 single 'The Cup Of Life', while prompting the audience to chant "Ole, ole, ole".
Ricky Martin's compilation 17: Greatest Hits is out now.
