The band unveiled the track ahead of their July 31 deadline to hand in a completed album to their label.
'Up All Night' is believed to have been written in 2009, but the 'Dammit' musicians decided against playing it during their reunion tour and have saved it until its unveiling earlier today.
Tom Delonge takes lead vocals on the song, which is Blink-182's first single since 'Not Now' in 2005.
Blink-182 are expected to release their sixth studio album later in the summer, with band member Mark Hoppus explaining that they are currently putting the final touches to the record.
The group will embark on a US co-headline tour with My Chemical Romance this summer, where they will preview new material from their upcoming album.
