The man-band are currently travelling across Europe with their record-breaking 'Progress' tour, but tensions are said to be high backstage over Williams's bad behaviour.
"Major cracks are starting to appear with the lads," a source told the Daily Star.
"They aren't spending much time with each other backstage and it seems Robbie is causing most of the friction."
The source added: "There was talk of extending the tour and recording more material, but that's now been scrapped."
Allegedly the remaining Take That members - consisting of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald - are tired of Williams becoming the star of the show and stealing the headlines.
"The other four are sick of Robbie stealing all the headlines with his bad behaviour - rather than people talking about the group's performance," the source explained.
"It's once again turned into The Robbie Williams Show and the other lads feel like Robbie's just using the tour to relaunch his solo career."
The source concluded: "Gary has also struggled to balance his X Factor commitments which has caused a few dramas too."
The group had to cancel their Denmark show on Saturday night after Williams suffered a serious case of food poisoning.
