The gig, which saw frontman Dave Grohl throw out a crowd member for fighting, will be shown uncut on the iTunes website.
The July 12 show also saw Grohl joined onstage by Lemmy of Motorhead for a rendition of 'Shake Your Blood' as well as by Brian May and Roger Taylor of Queen for a version of 'Tie Your Mother Down', with drummer Taylor Hawkins on vocals.
The iTunes Festival continues tonight with a headline set from Rumer and support from Caitlin Rose. Katy B and Jamie Woon play the London event tomorrow. Shows from Coldplay, Kasabian, Noah And The Whale and Magnetic Man are still to come.
The event finishes on July 31 with a performance from Moby.
A full, uncensored film of the performance is available to view at iTunes.com/festival.
