It was reported that the man-band had become tired of Williams's bad behaviour, as the 'Rock DJ' star was becoming the sole focus of the group.
However, Take That's spokesperson has since told Digital Spy that claims of a rift in the band are completely unfounded and bear no truth.
Take That are focussing on nursing Williams back to full health after he contracted a serious case of food poisoning over the weekend.
The 'Love Love' group are currently taking their record-breaking 'Progress' tour across Europe.
Take That will officially release their new single 'When We Were Young' on August 22. It will be the final single to be lifted from their multi-million-selling Progress album.
