The Jackson collective will reveal details on the show during a press conference in Beverly Hills next Monday, July 25.
The event is to be announced by the late King of Pop's mother Katherine Jackson, along with his siblings Marlon, Tito, Jackie and LaToya.
It is believed that the concert will focus on Jackson's 1982 album Thriller, which is estimated to have sold over 100 million copies worldwide.
The gig will be organised by Global Live Events with the proceeds being used to benefit charities in the US and UK, the Los Angeles Times reports. A host of stars are expected to feature in the show.
Jackson's 'Thriller' jacket was recently sold for $1.8m (£1.1m) at an auction in Beverly Hills to Texan entrepreneur Milton Verret.
