The track, titled 'Spinnin' For 2012', will serve as the official song for the 8,000-mile, 70-day-long Olympic Torch Relay.
The pair will perform the track live for the first time at the 'One Year to Go' ceremony in Trafalgar Square in London on July 27.
The song will be officially released on July 25.
Speaking about his unsuccessful attempt to buy Olympic 2012 tickets, Stryder recently joked: "I didn't get any tickets in the end, like loads of other people. I tried but had no luck. I'm hoping that this song will get us a few, though."
Amy Winehouse made a surprise appearance during Bromfield's live set at the iTunes Festival at Camden's Roundhouse on Wednesday evening.
