The pair have been working together for the past year and have experimented with dubstep on the record.
The video clip features behind-the-scenes footage of Jay-Z and West during the recording process, in which they play previously unheard verses of tracks. Jay-Z talks about how he has mentored West and seen him grow as a musician and producer.
Beyoncé can also be seen hanging out with the pair in Sydney, Australia. She provides guest vocals on the album, alongside Otis Redding and Mr Hudson.
Jay-Z and West recently released new track 'Otis' from Watch The Throne, which is out digitally on August 1 and physically on August 5.
